Shot Blasting
We provide blasting services to clean the surface of workpieces after the hardening process.
We offer both Grit Blasting (using angular media) and Steel Ball Blasting (using spherical steel shot).

Vacuum Hydrocarbon Washing / Alkaline Washing
We also provide superior washing process by Vacuum Hydrocarbon Washing. This process will remove oil and cutting fluid to prepare work piece before Heat treatment process.
