Bonderizing Process
The Bonderizing Process (also known as Phosphating) is a method used for metal surface preparation prior to cold forming (or cold working). It involves coating the metal surface with a lubricating film. This film helps to reduce friction between the metal and the die/mold, prevents wear, and extends the service life of the die/mold.
